Extremely comfy bed, huge bathroom and an air conditioner, a hair dryer, and a safe in the room. Location really close to the most famous plaza Jemaa El-Fna and the square and many souks. Nice pool, parking nearby...

A peaceful retreat with good service, suitable for families, located in a quiet street. Transfer from the airport available. Warm and friendly Moroccan service. Variety of room choices. Spa on the terrace. Good breakfast selection. Working AC and WiFi.
Nothing to fault.

The location was perfect and central to the heart of Marrakesh. All sites, sounds and markets were a short walk away, which meant everything was right at your finger tips!

It could be more convinient if staffs speak English at least little bit. The breakfast was too simple.

Good location - once you have found it, which wasn't easy at 1am with young children, suitcases and no taxi driver to meet us at the airport!
Not the best riad we have stayed in the medina (and we have stayed in many!) Loo and bath were broken, and the charming birds nesting over our door left 'presents' all over our bathroom too. Staff were helpful, but management tried to overcharge us for extra beds, having ignored emails from us since reservation on the subject.

Nice staff, clean room
Don´t accept credit card. You have to go to a teller machine and walk by scarry streets and alleys with lots of money in hand to pay the hotel.

Although it is initially hard to find, the location inside (but not in the busy heart) of the Marrakech Medina makes for a very special experience. Staying in a converted mansion makes you more aware of being in unique place and the hotel room becomes an extension of the experience, ratehr than an a bland place to sleep and shower. The art and literature that decorated our room made us feel like guests, rather than customers
We had a suite at the top of the hotel - it doesn't have an elevator and the stairs were a bit narrow and hard to negitiate. But the experience of the suite and access to the (communal) terrace) much outweighed the inconvenience. Also, I found the hotel web site idifficult to use -- that's whay I ended up booking on Booked.net

Staff were helpful and friendly (although you will need to speak some French!); pool was a must in the heat (45 degrees!) and location was superb. We had the place to ourselves for most of the time and breakfast on the terrace with a view of Katoubia mosque was lovely. Easy to find, clean, spacious and traditional.
The air con could have been a bit stronger, we were let down by the pick up at the airport and the credit card machine was broken so we had to pay cash.

The breakfast was decent, especially loved the fresh eggs. The location was excellent just a stone's throw away from the entrance to the city center. The room decor was absolutely stunning, it made me feel right at home. The best feature of this place was the bathroom and its facilities.
I felt the check-in process was not very welcoming as the staff did not introduce me to the hotel or give me any information about the hotel's facilities. The carpets looked dirty and worn out, and the walls were thin.

The terrace is nice.
The place looks really nice on the photos but unfortunately it is not as nice at it looks. Things are worn out and the non smoking room we ordered smelled like cigars. At one point of time water came running down the stairs and we couldn´t sleep the whole night because of tv noise. There are many other places in Marrakech for less money that are a lot better. We were dissapointed.

Great ambiance at hotel. Great location, close to public square and bazaars.
A little daunting going down back alleys to get to hotel but it once was a house. The hotel needs to make sure they tell guests that they accept cash only even if the booking is confirmed by credit card. It's inconvenient to go looking for an ATM a 5am.
